    Possibly, but I would not publish increasingly narrow neighbourhood cuts until the sample count is shown. Thin groups can look dramatic for accidental reasons. Start with broad areas, disclose how many unique properties are in each, then subdivide only where there is enough evidence.

    Agreed on relisting, but there is another missing split: does “apartments” combine distinct market segments, or is this limited to one segment? A blended figure could move because the property-type mix changed even if prices within each group did not.
