London property team seeking a leasing agent

Real estate agent
Candidates with leasing experience may find the London focus attractive, but I appreciate that the brief still needs enough detail for them to judge the role properly. We need someone to research the local property market, follow up consistently and maintain accurate transaction records. They should also be comfortable explaining their reasoning and coordinating communication between the people involved.

Anyone interested can post their location, availability and strongest area of property experience. Questions are welcome, particularly about the reporting line, team size, travel expectations or how the day-to-day workload is organised.

Could you add the salary range and whether this is office-based, hybrid or remote? It would also help to know who the agent reports to, the approximate team size and whether travel outside London is expected. Those details will probably determine whether otherwise suitable people apply.

Salary and location are essential, although I’d put the day-to-day workload ahead of team size. What transaction volume would this person handle, which software stack is already in place, and what should they have achieved by the end of the first quarter? Even rough expectations would make the brief much clearer.
