I would use an optional structured field rather than free-form tags. A poster could select the label from a short list, and that field could then power search. Requiring it may discourage posts where the rating is unknown, while typed tags will quickly become inconsistent.

I’m not convinced listing import should always come first. If documents create most of the rework, test that handoff instead—especially duplicate files, unclear versions and approvals on mobile. Also, an advertised open integration does not guarantee useful context will cross over. Which system...
