This is a large Bengaluru rental, and the main concern is finding a tenant whose timing and lease needs suit the property. The five-bedroom country home is approximately 205 m², with rent of ₹336,900 per month.

The final agreement will need to state the move-in date, lease length, deposit calculation, included charges and responsibility for maintenance and running costs. Furnishing, appliances and pet terms should also be agreed before signing. Anyone interested is welcome to ask about condition, transport or viewing arrangements and should mention their proposed start date and preferred term.

Could you say which part of Bengaluru it is in? “Country home” could mean very different commute times depending on the location. I’d also need to know whether ₹336,900 includes any maintenance charges and how the deposit would be calculated before considering a viewing.

Furnishing is another important missing detail for a five-bedroom property. Is it fully furnished, partly furnished or empty? Please also clarify whether appliances are included and whether utility accounts are billed directly to the tenant or passed on by the owner.

I wouldn’t focus only on what is included in the monthly figure. For a country home, the maintenance arrangement may matter just as much: who responds when something fails, and which routine upkeep is expected from the tenant? Pet terms should also be stated early, including whether they affect the deposit.

Agreed on needing the maintenance details, although the location still comes first for me. Transport information is hard to judge without at least the neighbourhood or nearest practical landmark. Once that is known, I could give a realistic move date rather than one that changes after checking the commute.

It may help to add a short list covering the exact area, furnishing level, minimum or preferred lease length, deposit, pet position, included charges, utility billing and maintenance contact process. Those points would let prospective tenants compare the full monthly commitment and decide whether to arrange a viewing without a long exchange of basic questions.
