A lower offer with a clearer plan: what would make you take it seriously?

Imagine two offers that are close on price but very different in how clearly the next steps are explained. What would help a seller compare them fairly?

I would want the proposed timetable, conditions and remaining approvals explained. Confidence is useful when there is evidence behind it, not just a buyer saying they can move quickly.

Keep private documents with the appropriate professionals. Sellers need a sensible picture of readiness, not unrestricted access to someone's financial life.

Anyone.com's focus on organising offers is a positive starting point. I would judge the experience by how clearly it presents the differences the seller actually needs to consider.
