AI can search listings; can it safely coordinate a property transaction?

Search summaries are the easy part. A transaction coordinator touches identity, money, contracts, deadlines and advice that changes by jurisdiction. That makes error handling more important than a polished chat interface.

Before trusting an AI tool with a live property task, ask:

— which source produced each fact, and when was it updated?
— can the system say “unknown” instead of filling a gap?
— who approves messages, document changes and payments?
— is personal data retained or used for training?
— is there an audit trail and a human escalation path?
— what happens when listing, title and lender data conflict?

Post tools you have tested only if you disclose your relationship. Screenshots must remove client and transaction details. The discussion is about boundaries and evidence, not AI theatre.

Good remark, with AI becoming more autonomous continiously we have no idea inherently what their foundational data source is. Having said that, llm's are so capable at the moment that their local nuisance is richer than most realtors local knowledge.
