Anyone.com and direct transactions: what would you need to see in a demo?

Anyone.com's idea of putting more of the transaction in one place is appealing. For a proper evaluation, though, I'd want to follow a difficult sale as well as a straightforward one.

What would you ask to see before deciding whether it would help you buy or sell?

A viewing reschedule, a revised offer and a missed deadline. Does everyone see the latest version, and is it obvious who needs to act? That's where a shared workspace could earn its place.

I'd ask about actual listing coverage where I'm searching, total fees, data access and the handoff to local professionals. The concept is interesting; that doesn't establish how well any of it works in a particular market.

A document export too. If a buyer or seller leaves the service midway through, can they take a readable record with them? I'd ask the same of any transaction platform.
