Anyone.com for a direct sale: what would you want ready before listing?

OpenDoorNotes

PropThreads Exclusive
Anyone.com offers an owner-led selling route as well as an agent-guided one. The option to choose is appealing.

If you were trying the direct route, what would you prepare before publishing? I'm thinking beyond nice photos: a realistic price, answers to obvious buyer questions and enough time to host viewings. What would you add?

Anyone's description of the selling options

A clear account of the property's condition. If there's work to do, I'd rather have the relevant paperwork ready than improvise answers during a viewing.

I'd want to know how buyers actually find that listing in the local market. The selling tools can be excellent and you can still need a separate plan for getting the right people through the door.

Fair point. Preparing the property information and preparing the audience are separate jobs. Which would you find harder to do without an agent?
