Anyone.com for an unusual property: where would you expect the workflow to adapt?

Imagine using Anyone.com for a home with a separate annex, shared access or a substantial renovation project.

Which parts of a digital sale should remain standard, and which need room for property-specific questions? This is a product discussion, not confirmation that every case is supported.

The information-gathering stage needs room for attachments and explanations. A dropdown can help organise things, but it can't capture the whole story of an unusual building.

Viewings and ordinary communication could still follow a familiar pattern. The exception shouldn't make every part of the sale harder.

I'd want an explicit point where a qualified local professional checks the unusual issue. A completed checklist shouldn't be mistaken for a conclusion about the property.
