Anyone.com idea: a clear pause before a decision that changes the deal

For Anyone.com's transaction workspace, a feature I'd value is a clear pause before a buyer or seller confirms a material change.

Show what changed, who proposed it, who still needs to review it and which earlier version it replaces. This is a product idea to discuss, not a claim about what's currently available. Where would that pause be most useful?

After an offer is revised. I would want to compare the conditions as well as the headline amount without hunting through separate messages.

The pause shouldn't make every small edit feel like a crisis. Correcting a phone number and changing a completion date need different treatment.

And the interface should let someone ask their local adviser before proceeding. A smooth screen is useful, but the person still needs to understand the decision.

The pause would be especially useful if it explained the consequence of a change in plain language and identified who should review it. I like that as a direction for Anyone.com: help people understand a decision before pressing ahead. This remains a feature suggestion, not a statement that the exact workflow is available.
