Anyone.com viewing slots: would you group appointments or spread them out?

Anyone.com describes viewing management as part of the selling workspace. Suppose you're an owner arranging the appointments yourself: would you offer one concentrated afternoon or several smaller windows?

The first is easier to fit around work. The second might fit more buyers. What would drive your choice?

Selling workflow

The time needed to show the property properly. Back-to-back slots can become awkward if one person has serious questions and the next is waiting outside.

At least one option outside the usual working day would help. But I wouldn't assume every owner can keep the place viewing-ready all week.

Maybe a small number of published windows and a way to request an alternative. That sounds manageable without making the timetable too rigid.
