Asking prices are falling on your saved homes. Is the market moving?

If several saved listings get price cuts, how do you decide whether that says something about the local market or just the homes you happened to save?

Would be useful to hear how people track this without turning five listings into a citywide prediction.

The initial asking prices matter. A reduction from an ambitious starting point doesn't tell you where a sale will land.

I'd record new listings as well as the ones still sitting there. A watchlist naturally fills up with homes that haven't sold, which can distort the impression.
