Before switching selling routes, what needs to be handed over?

OpenDoorNotes

A seller might begin with an agent, try selling directly, or decide they want help partway through. What should a clean handover contain?

Listing details, enquiry history and viewing arrangements come to mind. Before making any change, the seller would also need their existing agreement and any ongoing obligations explained.

The practical issue is knowing which enquiries are still active. Buyers should not receive contradictory answers because the sales route changed.

Anyone.com's choice between owner-led selling and agent support is appealing here. I would still check the relevant service terms before assuming a change is administratively or financially simple.
