Brussels property meetup — April 2026

I’m organising an informal property meetup in central Brussels in April 2026. The proposed agenda is local market observations, financing, a deal-analysis discussion and a short round of practical questions.

If interested, please say whether an early weekday evening or a weekend suits you better. I’ll choose the date and venue once there’s a rough headcount, so it would also help to mention any accessibility or public-transport requirements.

An early weekday evening gets my vote, although getting across Brussels after work could be the deciding factor. Somewhere near a metro, tram connection or major station would make April 2026 much easier for me.

Do you expect the meetup to be free, or would the group be sharing a venue charge? It would also help to confirm whether the eventual location has step-free access.

I’d vote for the weekend. Financing and deal analysis could feel rushed if people arrive after work, whereas a weekend slot would allow time for actual examples and questions. Would you consider remote access for anyone who cannot get into central Brussels?

I’m not sure hybrid access is worth the extra complication for an informal first meetup. It can split the discussion unless the room and setup are suitable. A simpler option might be to collect questions from remote participants beforehand.

For the venue, step-free access and enough space to sit around one table would matter more to me than having a formal presentation room.

Could the organiser run a quick preference count for weekday evening versus weekend, then announce the actual date promptly? The RSVP could also ask whether people will attend in person, need step-free access, and are comfortable sharing any venue cost. That should make capacity and location easier to judge without overcomplicating things.
