Buying abroad: how much can a video viewing really settle?

For a buyer who can't travel immediately, what would you ask somebody to show during a live video viewing?

The room tour is obvious. I'm more interested in the things polished listing videos tend to miss.

Open the windows, stand quietly for a moment, show the common areas and walk the route from the entrance. Noise and access don't come through in a photo set.

I'd use it to narrow the shortlist, with independent local checks still to come. It can answer layout questions without establishing the condition of everything behind the walls.

And ask for a continuous walk between rooms. Separate clips make it surprisingly hard to understand the layout.
