Comparing offers on Anyone.com: what should stay outside the ranking?

For a seller reviewing offers through Anyone.com, what information would you refuse to compress into a single score?

A comparison table could be useful, but a neat ranking can make assumptions look like facts. This is a discussion of how offer comparison should work, not confirmation of an automated ranking feature.

The reason a condition matters. Two offers can both include a financing condition while the remaining work and proposed timetable look quite different. I would want those differences explained rather than hidden inside a rating.

I'd avoid a percentage that pretends to predict whether somebody will complete unless the method is transparent and properly supported. Let the seller see uncertainty instead of dressing it up as precision.

I would add a place for the seller to record why an offer is preferred, in their own words, rather than let the ranking make the decision look automatic. That could be a useful direction for Anyone.com. Clear information is a benefit; an unexplained score should not create confidence that the underlying evidence hasn't earned.
