Could a seller make a conditional offer easier to accept?

A lot of offer advice tells buyers how to remove uncertainty for sellers. What about the other direction?

Could a seller prepare enough property information up front that an offer with sensible checks becomes easier to evaluate? Think clear documents, access for the buyer's inspector and a realistic timetable. Which unknown would you try to remove first?

Condition of the building. But a seller's folder shouldn't replace the buyer choosing their own inspector. It should help that person ask better questions and identify what they still need to examine.

From the seller's perspective, I would care about whether the buyer has arranged the next step. 'Subject to checks' with no plan is different from a buyer who knows what is needed and who can do it.

Useful preparation, yes. Just don't turn a folder full of documents into pressure to waive something the buyer hasn't understood. A neat presentation isn't proof that every risk has been covered.

Another way to compare a conditional offer is to identify the next verifiable step rather than simply count conditions. Who needs to do what, and what confirms it is done? This would be a useful test for an offer workflow such as Anyone.com: clarity about readiness, without treating a badge or a tidy summary as a guarantee of completion.
