Delhi property transactions: pricing, finance and professional boundaries

Property transactions often become confusing where one professional’s role ends and another begins. Financing delays are a particular concern because practical coordination can turn into legal or lending advice.

Post the location and property type with your question, plus the stage the transaction has reached. We can discuss matters such as pricing evidence, negotiation, building reserves, document handling and who coordinates each step. Where the answer depends on regulated legal, tax or finance advice, the useful approach is to identify the right professional rather than guess. If a process varies by jurisdiction, local contributors can describe the difference.

Delhi question: if the same person recommends a price and coordinates the other professionals, what conflict disclosures should a buyer request? I’d also like to know who should hold the transaction documents, and at what point a financing delay becomes something the parties need to renegotiate rather than simply wait out. I realise the legal answer may sit outside a property manager’s scope, so even a breakdown of who handles each part would help.
