Delhi townhouses: is 2.4% movement meaningful with 80 days on market?

My practical next step would be to narrow this to one named Delhi neighbourhood and one consistent townhouse type, then follow new listings for a full cycle. Add cuts, withdrawals and completions as they occur. Only after that would I test whether fees explain more than condition or motivation.
