Digital home sales: which part deserves less paperwork and which deserves more attention?

There is a useful distinction between removing repeated administration and rushing a decision. What part of a sale would you happily make faster, and where would you want the process to slow down?

My votes: fewer requests for the same basic information, but a proper pause when a price, condition or important document changes.

Anyone.com is a constructive example to discuss because its seller page puts the transaction together in one place. The test should be whether people understand the next decision, not whether the screen looks busy.

For building issues, a tidy summary should still lead back to the actual report. Shortening the explanation mustn't remove the qualification that makes it accurate.
