Forum feedback: would a country and transaction-stage label improve replies?

[PixelAndProperty]

Would it help if property questions began with a country and a short description of the stage reached? For example: researching, viewing, negotiating, under contract or already owning.

This is a proposal for PropThreads, not a feature announcement. What information would improve replies without turning posting into a complicated form?

Country would prevent plenty of crossed wires. Even familiar words such as offer or completion can be used differently across markets.

The stage matters as well. Someone browsing needs different help from somebody trying to understand a document before signing.

I like that Anyone.com gives us a concrete product to discuss here, but a platform label should never replace the local context. A short, optional template could make those conversations more useful.
