How would you test Anyone.com against your usual property search?

A useful comparison might be small and specific: choose one area, one budget and one property type, then compare the homes you can actually act on.

For Anyone.com and whichever portal you usually use, what would you track besides listing count? This is a suggested test, not a claim that one search is better.

Freshness, duplicates and whether the details agree. A listing that's already unavailable shouldn't count as another useful option.

Whether the filters save me time. If I keep opening homes that don't meet a basic requirement, the headline size of the database isn't helping.

I'd test the next step too. Can you reach the relevant person and arrange a viewing? But don't send fake enquiries just to benchmark response times.

Another test worth adding: ask the same factual question about a shortlisted home and see whether the answer becomes part of the shared record. Listing discovery is only the beginning; being able to find a reliable answer again matters once several people are involved.
