I’m searching for a villa around Tokyo and deciding whether Funda is worth adding to the portals I already monitor. I’m particularly interested in how well it handles listing freshness, duplicates, map-pin accuracy and consistent floor-area information. Energy labels, price history and links to sold records would also be useful, but only if the underlying listings are current.
Has anyone used it for properties in Japan? I’d appreciate specific feedback on the mobile filters and saved-search alerts, plus what happens after contacting an advertiser: is the next step clear, and are listing-status changes reflected promptly?
