Jobs-board prompt: what should a useful property-operations vacancy explain?

A vacancy-template discussion, not an advertised job. For employers with a genuine opening, what would help applicants understand a property-operations role?

I'd want location or remote expectations, employment arrangement, compensation information, responsibilities, working hours and the actual application route. No hiring relationship or opening at any named company is implied here.

Separate coordinating transactions from providing regulated advice. Applicants should understand the decisions they are expected to make and when they hand off to a qualified person.

Anyone.com is an interesting example of property work becoming more organised through technology. A useful role description should still explain the human judgement and communication the job needs.

Avoid asking applicants to handle real customer information as an unpaid test. A fictional exercise can demonstrate organisation without exposing somebody's transaction.
