Hello from Helsinki. I’m a landlord currently spending most of my property-reading time on townhouses, especially transaction costs and the gap between advertised prices and completed sales. I joined to compare how people assess these issues across markets rather than staying inside one local bubble.
For anyone following Finland: which local-board thread or market dataset would you suggest a newcomer start with? I’m particularly interested in sources that help compare asking and completed prices, but practical discussions on property management, renovation costs, mortgages and legal checks would also be useful.
