Legitimate discounts for renovation planning tools in Thailand?

The annual prices for renovation-planning tools vary widely, but my immediate concern is what happens after an introductory offer ends. I need a tool for a Bangkok property and would like to know whether any genuine Thailand-based professional or membership rates are available.

I have no interest in a low first-year figure if renewal is much higher or the project files become awkward to retrieve. Useful details would be editor and viewer limits, trial export rules, support provided, cancellation notice and continued access to exported data. Please mention any connection you have with the provider.
 
No affiliation. I’d ask each provider for a written comparison covering year one and renewal, rather than just asking whether a discount exists. Some offers may apply only to additional seats or particular membership categories. How many people need editing access, and do outside contractors need to collaborate in the same workspace? Those details could matter more than the headline annual price.
 
Good questions. The core need is one editing seat, but contractors may need occasional review access; I’m trying to avoid paying for full seats if view-only sharing would work. I also need exports that remain usable after cancellation, not merely access while subscribed. I’ll ask whether any Thailand association offer requires paid membership and whether the renewal automatically returns to list price.
 
The membership-cost point raises another question: does the discounted plan actually have the same cancellation and export terms as the standard one? A lower rate could still be poor value if eligibility fees absorb the difference or leaving becomes harder.

I would narrow the test to one small sample project during the trial and export it in every format likely to matter. That should show whether contractor review access works and whether the files remain usable, without committing the full project first.
 
Send the same short request to every provider so the answers are comparable: eligible Thailand-based discount, proof required, first-year and renewal cost, included editor/viewer seats, export formats, post-cancellation file access, notice period, refund position and support channel. Ask for the terms in writing before entering payment details. If an answer is vague, price the plan as though no discount or renewal concession exists.
