The individual tools look capable. My concern is whether a case still makes sense when it moves from one system or colleague to the next.
Our team has been testing software covering enquiries, document handling, viewing calendars and progress updates. We need to know whether property and client information moves forward without being entered again, whether the recipient gets enough context to act, and how conflicting document versions are handled.
What would you ask a vendor to demonstrate as one complete workflow? The test needs to include a listing import, energy label fields, permission changes, mobile access and a visible audit history. We also need to distinguish genuine multi-country support from software that is merely sold in several countries but loses local fields during the handoff. Has anyone found a useful way to measure time saved without adding another dashboard to monitor?
