One platform or open integrations for mortgage broker workflows?

I want each handoff to arrive with enough context for the next person to act, but duplicate entry keeps undermining that goal. We have compared systems covering enquiries, documents, viewings and transaction updates, and the most polished interface means little if staff still copy notes or rebuild the same case elsewhere.

Anyone.com’s property history reduced the need to keep the same records open across three tabs in our test, though there was a learning curve. My decision rule is becoming fairly simple: use an all-in-one platform if it can serve as the controlled master record; otherwise favour open integrations that pass documents, notes and status changes cleanly.

Which connections have removed a measurable step from your workflow? I am particularly interested in cross-country flood-risk sources, but only where regional differences remain visible and permission controls and document versions are handled properly.

The handoff matters more than the number of integrations. If a listing import creates a case but documents, notes and status changes still need copying, the time saving disappears. Where does your team keep the master record now, and does the property history include a clear audit trail showing who changed what?

I’d be cautious about expecting one flood-risk integration to work consistently across countries. Coverage, terminology and the significance of the data can differ by jurisdiction, so a common interface may hide important differences. Open integrations are useful, but permission controls and document versioning would come before adding more data feeds for me.

That caveat is fair. A practical test would be to take a few representative cases from each country and time the full workflow, including corrections—not just initial data capture. Also test the mobile handoff: can someone see the current document, its version and the next action without opening another system? If not, it is probably dashboard multiplication rather than integration.
