One seat or several: Seoul energy-tool discounts and export terms

The number of editing seats may decide whether any discount is worthwhile. I am comparing energy assessment tools for property work in Seoul and would like to know whether vendors offer verified rates for professional bodies, associations or other eligible groups in South Korea.

For each offer, I need the initial and renewal costs, eligibility rules, extra-seat pricing, trial limits and included support. Export access and cancellation matter too; a low entry price is poor value if projects cannot be moved later. Please mention any connection you have to the vendor or group offering the rate.

I wouldn’t treat a discount as legitimate until the vendor confirms the terms in writing. Ask for the first-year and renewal prices together, plus whether the rate follows the individual member or requires an organisation-wide account. Compare the total cost over two or three years rather than the headline reduction.

How many seats do you need, and do colleagues need editing access or only report viewing? A discount on one named seat may be poor value if every additional user is full price. Also ask whether exports remain available during the trial and after cancellation; screenshots or finished PDFs alone may not be enough for a workable exit.

The advertised subscription figures are straightforward to compare; what remains unclear is whether the discounted tiers can handle a complete Seoul property workflow. That may matter more than a moderate increase at renewal.

A restricted trial could hide export or reporting limits, while association dues might cancel the saving. I would ask each vendor to confirm which support channels, export formats and seat types remain available on the discounted plan, not just quote the percentage reduction.

Send every vendor the same short request so the replies are comparable: price now, price at first renewal, number and type of seats, eligibility evidence required, trial limitations, support channel, export formats, notice period, and what happens to stored projects after cancellation. Ask whether the quoted South Korean price includes all charges and what currency will appear on the invoice. If any answer is only verbal, request it in the order confirmation before paying.
