Before we begin shortlisting, we want applicants to understand that this role is about keeping live transactions moving, not just completing isolated research tasks. The coordinator will support a New York property team with market research, follow-up, deadline tracking and organised records, often while several people are waiting for the same update.

Relevant property experience is useful, particularly where it involved managing handoffs and explaining why information was recorded a certain way. Please send your location, availability and the property work you know best. Questions about work location, expected travel, team structure or transaction volume are welcome so both sides can assess the fit before proceeding.

Is this expected to be on-site in New York, hybrid, or remote? It would also help to know the salary range, reporting line, team size, and typical monthly transaction volume. Those details affect whether someone’s experience is a good fit.

I’d add the software stack and first-quarter goals. “Transaction coordinator” can mean anything from deadline tracking and document control to broader client follow-up and research. Travel expectations would also be useful, especially if the team covers multiple parts of New York.
