The main gaps were a clear indication of when each listing was last verified and an obvious explanation of what happens after contacting the advertiser. I would also like better duplicate control, more reliable map pins, price history or links to sold records, and mobile filters that match the desktop search.
For anyone with first-hand experience: were saved-search alerts timely, did the mobile filters hold their settings, and what happened after you contacted an advertiser?
