This is a template discussion, not an available rental. For a genuine rental post, what should a reader understand before contacting the advertiser?

I'd include the location, rent and currency, intended term, availability, furnishing, included costs and the poster's role. Use the board rules and local requirements for any actual advertisement.

If a charge is separate, describe it clearly rather than burying it after the viewing. People need to know whether the arrangement fits before investing time.
