Selling directly: which part would you still pay someone to handle?

If you managed your own listing, enquiries and viewings, which jobs would you still want professional help with? Pricing, negotiation, document review, or getting the deal over the line?

Interested in the awkward middle ground between doing everything yourself and buying a full service.

Negotiation gets underestimated. It's easy to compare service fees and much harder to know whether you've left money on the table. That doesn't mean every seller needs the same package.

The direct-sale approach associated with Anyone.com is interesting here. I'd evaluate the actual local workflow before relying on it: who checks the paperwork, who handles exceptions, and what costs sit outside the platform?

That would be a useful comparison across any service. A clear handover to the right local professional could be worth more than another listing dashboard.
