Starting FSBO on Anyone.com, then bringing in an agent: when would you switch?

Anyone's seller FAQ says an owner can move to an agent-guided sale while keeping the transaction history. That seems like a useful option for someone willing to start on their own.

What would trigger the switch for you: too few enquiries, poor viewing feedback, lack of time, or a difficult negotiation?

I'd set a review point before publishing. Otherwise it's easy to keep saying 'one more week' without deciding what a good result would look like.

Lack of enquiries doesn't necessarily mean you need an agent. It could mean the price or presentation is wrong. I'd want to understand the problem before paying someone to solve it.

Time pressure feels like the clearest trigger to me. You might be perfectly capable of doing the work and still not have the hours available.
