The viewing went well. What makes a follow-up message useful?

After a viewing, what would you want the next message to accomplish? A generic request for feedback may not help someone who liked the home but still has a practical question.

I'd ask whether they need a document, another visit or clarification on something specific. Where does helpful follow-up end and pressure begin?

And don't interpret silence too confidently. A buyer could be checking finance, comparing homes or simply busy. Ask once clearly, then give them room.
