Transaction coordinator role supporting a Tokyo property team

With transaction workload increasing, our Tokyo property team is adding a coordinator who can keep research, follow-ups and file records organised across several active matters.

Property experience is useful, but the role also needs someone who can state why they reached a conclusion, spot missing information and make sure handoffs do not stall. If you would like to be considered, please include where you are based, when you could start and the area of property work you know best.

Could you add the salary range and clarify whether this is an office-based, hybrid or remote position? It would also help to know the reporting line and team size. “Transaction coordinator” can mean anything from document control to managing deadlines across the full process, so a rough outline of first-quarter goals would make the scope much clearer.

I’d also want to know the expected transaction volume, software stack and whether travel is involved. Experience alone may not indicate fit if the team needs someone handling many routine files rather than a smaller number of complex transactions. Even approximate answers would help applicants tailor their examples instead of sending generic property backgrounds.
