September 2025 is fixed, but the choice between an early weekday evening and a weekend will determine the venue and likely attendance. I am arranging a relaxed Warsaw meetup for people interested in property.

The session would cover local market experiences, finance, ways of assessing deals and time for practical questions. Please post your preferred timing, along with any access needs. It would also help to know whether limited remote participation is worth arranging. Once I have an approximate number, I can suggest a few dates and compare central venues by price, capacity and accessibility before booking.

My preference is the weekend. Would there be any remote access for people who cannot get to Warsaw, even if it is only the practical-questions section rather than the entire meetup?
 
For the venue, “central” can still mean very different journeys. Somewhere easy to reach by public transport would help, and it would be useful to confirm step-free access, seating and noise levels before people commit. Deal analysis will be difficult if everyone is struggling to hear.
 
I would keep it in person rather than trying to make an informal meetup fully hybrid. Remote participants and people in the room often end up having different conversations. A short written recap or a limited remote Q&A might be more manageable, assuming someone is willing to coordinate it.
 
Oscar's compromise sounds sensible. A remote Q&A could include Kenji without turning the whole evening into a broadcast. For the deal-analysis section, will one example be circulated beforehand, or is the idea that attendees bring their own questions on the day?
 
One agenda point worth clarifying is what falls under “local market observations.” Warsaw is broad, so an open discussion could consume the whole session. Perhaps attendees could submit one area or property question in advance, then the organiser can group overlapping topics.
 
Any indication yet of likely capacity and cost? Those may affect the venue choice as much as the headcount. If places are limited, a simple confirmed-attendance list plus a waiting list would avoid booking a room around expressions of interest that do not become firm RSVPs.
 
Weekend is easier for me, though I could manage an early evening if the venue is straightforward by public transport. I also support keeping the agenda focused. Please say whether the practical questions can include beginner-level matters, and confirm any attendance charge before asking for final RSVPs.
