What is actually blocking your next move: price, rate, insurance or friction?

Property discussions often collapse into one variable: price. In practice, a move can fail because the monthly payment is too high, the suitable stock is poor, insurance is uncertain, a chain is fragile, transaction costs are punitive or the alternatives are simply better.

Pick the one constraint that matters most in your current decision and make it concrete:

— market and property type
— the decision you are considering
— the number or condition that currently stops it
— what would have to change for you to act

Hypothetical cases are welcome; label them as such. If you are describing a live deal, remove identifying details and do not post documents containing personal information.

The useful part is the threshold. “Rates are high” is a mood; “the payment needs to fall by 350 a month” is something the community can examine.
