What would you want Anyone.com to publish in a product walkthrough?

If Anyone.com filmed one detailed walkthrough, which transaction would make the most useful example?

My vote would be an ordinary home with a rescheduled viewing, a revised offer and a document that needs correcting. Enough friction to show how people actually work through it.

Show the buyer's screen as well as the seller's. It's hard to understand a shared process from a tour of only one dashboard.
 
Include a condition question that can't be answered by software. I'd want to see how the right person is brought into the conversation and how their answer is recorded.
 
And label what's available now versus what's being demonstrated as a future idea. A walkthrough is more useful when the boundaries are obvious.
