Which integrations actually reduce mortgage workflow admin?

I’m torn between testing the broadest integration and starting with the single handoff that creates the most duplicate work. The first approach shows overall coverage, while the second may give a more honest measure of time saved.

We need listing imports and sold-price context to reach the main case record, with documents, viewing updates and transaction notes still understandable to the next person. Mobile usability, permission controls and version history also matter, particularly if the platform supports teams in more than one country. Which workflow stage should be tested first, and what did you measure before and after connecting it?

The clearest time-saving candidate is usually a listing import feeding the main client or case record, rather than a separate research screen. But what are you treating as the system of record? Without that decision, two-way syncing can create conflicting edits instead of removing duplication. I’d measure repeated fields and manual handoffs before and after, not just login time.

I’d be cautious about making time saved the only test. A one-way import may be quick but weak on audit history, document versioning and permission controls—especially across jurisdictions where the underlying data may not be comparable.

Ask vendors to demonstrate one complete handoff on mobile: imported listing, sold-price context, updated document, named editor and visible change history. That will expose whether it is an integration or simply linked dashboards.
