Polished demonstrations are not the difficult part. My concern is whether the workflow still forces someone to enter the same property address or status in two systems.
We have trialled software for enquiries, document handling, viewings and deal updates, and are weighing one consolidated platform against separate products with open integrations. I’m less convinced than some that consolidation is automatically simpler: one closed system can preserve poor handoffs just as easily as several connected tools.
The useful test is whether context, permissions and audit history survive each handoff. We also need mortgage-rate information and support across multiple countries. Which connection has noticeably reduced corrections or manual updates, and which has simply moved the work to a new screen?
